Cissuslean® Health Benefits
Cissuslean® is a standardized Cissus quadrangularis extract clinically studied for healthy body composition and joint function. Human trials and published preclinical research indicate benefits across body fat, abdominal fat distribution, lipid metabolism, joint comfort and physical mobility.
Supports Healthy Body Fat Management
Supports reductions in body fat mass and body fat percentage.
In a 12-week randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled study of overweight or obese adults, Cissuslean® produced statistically significant reductions in body fat mass and body fat percentage measured by DEXA. Published preclinical research also reported lower fat mass in high-fat-diet models at 50 and 100 mg/kg.
Healthy Waist & Hip Measurements
Supports reductions in waist and hip circumference.
After 12 weeks, Cissuslean® was associated with a 1.78 cm reduction in waist circumference (vs. a 0.90 cm increase with placebo) and a 2.24 cm reduction in hip circumference (vs. a 1.02 cm increase with placebo).

At 300 mg daily for 84 days, Cissuslean® was associated with a 45.66% reduction in total WOMAC score and a 21.29% reduction in VAS pain score, alongside improvements in stiffness and daily activities.

Improvements in the WOMAC daily-activities and physical-function scores were reported in the 84-day trial in adults with knee osteoarthritis.
