Established in 2004, Star Hi Herbs Pvt. Ltd. is an Indian manufacturer, supplier and global exporter of standardized herbal extracts, phytochemicals and branded nutraceutical ingredients — developed for dietary supplements, functional foods, herbal health products, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics.

Our facilities
Star Hi Herbs operates dedicated manufacturing facilities in Karnataka, India, supported by quality-control laboratories, research capabilities and standardized production systems.
Hassan manufacturing facility. Our Unit 2 facility is located in the Pharma SEZ at Hassan, Karnataka. It supports the manufacture, standardisation, testing and export of botanical extracts for international customers.
Bengaluru facility. Our Bengaluru operation supports manufacturing, technical development, quality coordination and commercial activities. Together, the two facilities allow Star Hi Herbs to manage botanical ingredients from raw-material evaluation through finished-product testing and dispatch.
Manufacturing and quality systems are supported by WHO-GMP, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001:2015, HACCP, Kosher and Halal certifications, with organic options under NPOP and NOP where applicable.
Research and development
Research is central to the development of our branded ingredients. Our work combines phytochemical characterisation, analytical standardisation, formulation development, preclinical evaluation and human clinical research.
The Star Hi Herbs research portfolio includes 28+ published papers and over nine clinical research programs covering weight management, joint health, metabolic health, immune support, eye health and other nutraceutical applications.
